RF Engineer (m/f/d)

Department: Engineering / Antenna Development
Location: Neufahrn bei Freising, Germany
Start: As soon as possible

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop high-frequency assemblies and antenna systems
  • Provide technical leadership and coordination within the development team
  • Lead subsystem integration and verification
  • Simulate and analyse systems and subsystems, including their interactions within the overall system
  • Comply with internal development processes, including technical documentation
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and align with them as required
  • Take responsibility for delivery specifications and technical monitoring
  • Support technical proposals, cost estimates and scheduling as part of project management activities

Your Profile

  • Degree in electrical engineering, information technology, physics or a comparable field; doctorate is an advantage
  • Proven knowledge and experience in RF engineering and electronic circuit design, together with basic knowledge of digital signal processing
  • Experience with simulation tools such as CST Microwave Studio, Keysight ADS, Ansys HFSS or Cadence AWR
  • Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink, Python or other programming languages
  • Experience with common RF measurement techniques and electronic test equipment
  • Basic understanding of systems theory
  • Experience in technical leadership of development teams and supplier management is an advantage
  • Enthusiasm for technology
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
  • Team-oriented, interdisciplinary thinking and working style combined with the ability to work independently
