Apprentice
program
AEROMARITIME Group’s apprentice programme is designed for people who want to build a career in communication engineering.
We believe in developing talent from the ground up, giving apprentices the chance to learn directly from experienced specialists who have spent their careers shaping secure communication systems for defence and security customers around the world.
From their first day, our apprentices are part of the team. They gain hands-on experience with real projects, learn how
complex systems come together and build the practical skills that define a successful engineer or business professional.
We invest in training, mentorship and personal development, because the next generation of engineers is vital to our future.
If you are curious, motivated and ready to learn, this is an environment where you can grow with confidence. Many of our apprentices continue their journey with us long after completing their training, progressing into roles across our business.
If you are looking for a place to start your career in an industry that values precision, reliability and innovation, AEROMARITIME Group offers a strong foundation and a clear path forward.
